I started at Gee’s as Chef de Partie in 1989. Over the next 5 years I worked my way up to Sous Chef before moving to Australia for 2 years.
Upon my return I worked as Head Chef at Gee’s from 1998 to 2006. During that time I also ran the Old Parsonage kitchen for a short while.
After being Head Chef at Quod for 8 years I am now Head Chef for The Old Parsonage. I’m very proud to work for the company for over 20 years and look forward to the future.
