Restaurant Manager

You will be responsible for running the restaurant, bar, terrace and room service operations of this acclaimed luxury hotel in the centre of Oxford. Great floor presence, attention to detail and the ability to manage, organise and motivate the team are essential skills in this role, as well as a sound knowledge and passion for food and wine. Financial acumen and experience in ordering and stocktaking would also be beneficial.

Commis Chef, Old Parsonage Hotel

The Old Parsonage Restaurant is looking for a Commis Chef to join their dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be motivated and have a genuine passion for food and quality. The Commis Chef will possess the knowledge and skills work in all sections of this busy kitchen. Experience of working in a similar role or establishment would be an advantage. The Old Parsonage is one of three privately owned restaurants in central Oxford where training and promotion are actively encouraged. Bartender, Old Parsonage Hotel

We are currently looking for a bartender to join our prestigious restaurant and bar team at The Old Parsonage Hotel. You will have experience of working in a similar busy bar and have an excellent knowledge of cocktail preparation, in addition to a good knowledge of wines and all other beverage preparation.
