Rooms already booked at standard rates cannot be exchanged for Best Available Rates.

Please be advised that there are only a limited number of rooms available at special rates.

All offers are subject to availability at the time of booking and cannot be taken in conjunction with any other offer. Please note, on some weekends a 2 night minimum stay may apply. Individual room preferences cannot be guaranteed.

Please be aware that our cancellation policy is 48 hours: reservations must be cancelled by 3 pm GMT two days prior to your arrival, in order to avoid a cancellation charge. Amendments can be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Additional nights will be offered at the best available rate at the time of amendment. Any Saturday night booking amended to a single night stay will be charged at the published rack rate. Rooms booked on a two night minimum stay cannot be amended to a single night stay.
